The PVC Sheets we produce vary between 0.55 mm and 3.00 mm in thickness.
In terms of width, it can be requested as thermoformed sheet or flat sheet between 500 mm and 2000 mm.
Different types of rollers are used in production to achieve the surface pattern requested by our customers. We have mirror surface, matte surface and bute surfaces.
Mixing is done accurately and without errors with our high-tech automation system.
The mixers reach the silos with the help of a screw and then to the machine. The material reaching the machine goes through the production process flawlessly using state-of-the-art molds.
Using full automation in the production process prevents possible human errors.
